Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
To use Invora you create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One person per account — don't share logins.
AI features are powered by credits. Credits are sold as one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges. Credits never expire. Each AI action costs a known number of credits, shown before you run it. See our refund policy for refund terms.
Invora's AI features (logo generation, line items, email drafts, brand kits, copy rewrites, document extraction) are tools that assist you. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing everything before sending it to clients or using it commercially. We don't warrant AI output is fit for any particular purpose.
You agree not to use Invora to:
- Defraud, impersonate, or mislead anyone.
- Generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage Invora as your own product.
- Reverse-engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
- Send spam or violate any applicable email or commerce laws.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invora's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms. Unused credit balances at termination are treated under our refund policy.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify active users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in those courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
